SHIPPING to SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS
Products for most TEAM sales (with free shipping) will be delivered to your Head Coach on a specified date after the close of each team sale- Please asl you head coach for further info on dates.. Items not part of the TEAM SALE will be delivered to your door-step within 10-14 business days (although we usually get it there faster!) Please be sure to include the student's name, grade, and Coach/Manager's name in the fields provided when checking out of the shopping cart.
SHIPPING to TEAMS and LEAGUES (NOT school-based)
Products for most sales will be delivered to your door-step within 7-10 business days. Please allow at least 14-21 days for customized items, such as custom screen printed or embroidered garments. Please be sure to include the Athlete / Player's name, grade, and Coach/Manager's name in the fields provided when checking out of the shopping cart.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are not possible on PRINTED or EMBROIDERED items due to the custom nature of our products. Please make sure you read the fine print and check the SIZING charts and descriptions before purchasing. We will adhere to a 15% restocking fee for all returns. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
